Bridging Minds: Community Therapeutics

Bridging Minds: Community Therapeutics is a space where people come together for guided practices that support mental, emotional, and social well-being. Each week, trained facilitators lead sessions such as mindfulness, expressive arts, movement, and group dialogues—therapeutic approaches designed to reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen community connection.
